Sucker is a Skillshot in Bulletstorm. It's achieved by knocking an enemy into a giant fan.

However, other fast-spinning objects can trigger it as well. It can be obtained by knocking Burnouts into the spinning blades of the crashed Banshee Helicopter in Act 5-2. This is just prior to fighting the Muta-Burnout.
