One of many Newsbots
Newsbots are small, wheeled robots that are commonly found wandering throughout the world of Stygia, broadcasting advertisements to the long-gone populace of the planet.
They are involved in two achievements/trophies in Bulletstorm, the first being Major Malfunction (destroy 50% of the Newsbots in the Single Player campaign) and Total Malfunction (destroy all of the Newsbots in the Single Player campaign). Killing a bot by slamming it into an obstacle or shooting it with grant you 500sp, while killing an enemy with the explosion of a nearby robot will unlock the Killer News skillshot.
Newsbots - unlike their counterpart Electro Flies - are not found in Echo mode, but solely in Single Player campaign.
