Mass Extinction is a skillshot achieved by using the Mechaton to crush an enemy.
You can't control where Mechaton moves, only where he fires, but unless you kill every enemy as soon as they get in your sights, you're practically guaranteed to get this skillshot during the sequence. To make it even easier, a Skull, on occasions, will run right up to Mechaton. All he'll have to do is turn and he'll step on the enemy, rewarding you with the skillshot.
