The Intoxicated skillshot is achieved by drinking a bottle of Nom Juice and, while intoxicated, killing an enemy. After drinking a bottle, your vision and control are greatly affected, so know where the enemy is before you drink. Ishi Sato doesn't really like Gray drinking. You know that because he says "if you even look at a bottle I'll skin you alive" and also "you disgust me" but the problem is when you drink you can't really control the character that easily so think before you drink.
